He's saying that the charges of products does not match the actual margin. The companies listed, are LOSING money on the amount of dollars "charged" per customer. And most of the time, these customers stop using the products after a set of time, so for every loss, that margin dwindles, and goes into the black.
Each listed company in red are actually not profitable. It makes sense. Have you ever hosted a website? Your server host is charging your backups in gigabytes per hour hosted. Customers like me, are scratching their heads, because the costs keep going up. You lose customers this way. They don't get it.
