Most serial entrepreneurs (that's what it's called) are not hungry enough to wine and dine the VC in the second run. They think that they can get the second date easily just because of the expertise.

It's kinda like dating. Your first date is hard, because you're walking in there blind as a first time founder... But when you do it as a second or third time? That date feels like a date you've already won because of the cocky, confident person on the inside.

You already got the fish, why work as hard? Just present, and then shackle them.

Some of these people even think of scamming them, too. But that's way too far, because fraud in Startups is beyond illegal.
